Hybrid events are a new type of event that combines the features of both offline and online events. Virtually any event can be held in this way, especially conferences, debates, training courses, and corporate/client/investor meetings.

If most of your audience is online, it’s worth focusing on the production and streaming aspects. These are key to the success and reach of the event. Instead of moving your broadcast production to conference rooms, you may wish to consider holding the entire event in a modern and unique TV studio space.

The TVIP production and event studio is a 300 m² space with an amphitheatre-style auditorium with ambient lighting and an additional catering area that’s been set up to a high standard.

WHAT EFFECT CAN YOU EXPECT?

HOW DO WE ORGANISE HYBRID EVENTS?

300 m² STUDIO WITH AUDITORIUM

Fully equipped with 4K and tracking equipment: 5 cameras (moving), 8K mixer, recorders, microports, lighting. Possibility of setting up two sets. Auditorium seating for 30, amphitheatre style, can be extended to accommodate a further 20.

70 m² STUDIO

A smaller studio can be used: for a second parallel track of the event, as an entertainment area e.g. 3D, as an exhibition area (e.g. with virtual booths), as a meeting place, as a special area for speakers.

GUEST AREA

A soft loft-style space where catering is served during the event, so guests can chat over coffee or relax with music and a glass of wine.

VIP ZONE

Located on the mezzanine level of the main studio. It’s mostly used by performers during events, but it’s also great for smaller meetings.

ONLINE BROADCAST

We’re experts in broadcasting and creating realistic virtual spaces. Our streaming is safe and secure, with our own infrastructure of streaming servers located in the Atman Data Centre in Warsaw. The studio has two independent business-class fibre-optic links. We provide full technical support for each production.

OUR OWN CATERING

This is a key part of any event, but we do it differently! We serve our own menu, which is healthy, tasty and looks impressive. We like to surprise our customers, but we are always open to suggestions.
