HONORATA GAWLAS
She has been at the helm of TVIP for 18 years. A graduate of Polish Studies (Jagiellonian University), the Academy of Music in Krakow (piano department) and Management (MBA studies at Franklin University/WSB). She mastered effective multi-tasking during her 17 years of musical training and today this skill and creative approach to achieving goals is the basis of the business she runs. One of her favourite roles in the company is that of Creative Director.
DOMINIK TWARDOWSKI
He’s the guy who can deliver solutions and solve problems – the tricky ones right away and the impossible ones after a while. He’s the brains behind TVIP solutions for streaming, web apps and server platforms. He’s a graduate of Electrical Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology and Post Production Management at the Film School in Łódź. He’s a true believer in Linux and clean code. An engineer and an enthusiast. When he’s not at work, he explores the mysteries of sci-fi worlds.
KATARZYNA SZUMOWSKA
She’s in charge of client relations and project coordination at TVIP. She helps clients plan and prepare events. She keeps things organised and on track. Involved in video production for 18 years. She studied Directing and Film Production Management at the Academy of Film and Television in Warsaw. She enjoys learning and taking on new challenges. In her free time, she’s a fan of cars, culinary arts, travelling and French bulldogs.

If you’re wondering whether a green screen studio can be a venue for an event, our space is a testament to the original and creative fusion of the virtual and real worlds.
The presence of the audience in the studio influences the flow of the speakers as they address a live audience, and the message is streamed from the stunning virtual studio out into the world to up to several thousand online viewers.

MEDIA TRAINING
If you’re going to be in front of a camera or an audience, it’s important to do it right. Then you will be heard and understood. The best visuals and technical production quality won’t help if you don’t have the skills to work with the camera or to give a presentation, to speak in front of an audience.
This is exactly what we teach you during our media training sessions at TVIP. We make sure you get the same experience you’ll have on TV, in studios, and in rooms with an audience. Our coaches are TV and stage professionals with many years of experience. After one day of workshops, you’ll know your media-self!

We’ve got the creative and technical know-how to produce work that’s not only top-notch, but also to help with content design and creating an appropriate graphic setup to show off the professionalism of the brand, the expert and the success of the project.
The team
We have the expertise to combine an understanding of B2B marketing, communications and people development needs with the ability to design video. Our team is made up of individuals with over 10 years experience in production management, live streaming production, as well as cameramen, editors and graphic designers.
Resources
600 m² of space in an excellent location (Al. Krakowska 110/114/B25) with free guarded parking. Two green screen studios equipped to produce at the highest level in a comfortable environment:
Studio 1 with auditorium (60 seats) – for hybrid events and large productions such as a 10-person debate, up to three sets.
Studio 2 – for smaller productions and media training.
Guest area – designer space for clients and event participants designed in a soft loft style.
Streaming servers – we’ve got our own streaming servers set up in the Atman Data Centre in Warsaw. We handle live streaming in multiple qualities up to 5,000 slots (simultaneous viewers)
